Answer a few questions for an indicative view of whether your premises or event likely falls in scope of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, and which tier likely applies. Your answers are evaluated in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask us to email you the summary.

In the meantime: premises with a qualifying use expecting 200 or more people at the same time are likely in scope (standard tier from 200, enhanced from 800), and open-air events expecting 800 or more people with entry checks are likely qualifying events.
